Hey everyone. Did anyone happen to receive a notification that there is an incoming UPS package from the AO while their case status still says pending?

After 5+ years of waiting, I filed for Mandamus(2nd time) in December 2024 and got an interview in January.

Yesterday, I received a message from the Mandamus court that the defendants want to process the case and filed a motion to stay.

It says it will arrive tomorrow or Monday, and I'm freaking out now. Any insights would be helpful. Thanks

May I kindly ask to any of you if you have same scenario, my case status changed back to decision is pending after application is pending, alot cases I've seen they got decision which was approval withing a week, but it's been over a week I still dont have any movement, anybody can give me any advice on this?
 
Hello everyone, I had my interview on 02/03/2025 at Tampa AO. it seems like it went well and the officer gave me a good vibe after the interview. I heard someone who got interview at the Tampa AO got approved in less than 2 weeks. Is there anyone that can relate?

My case is like your case, after interview my status was decision is pending but after 14 days I have received a biometric appointment notice on 01/23/2025 to my daughter who turns 12 your and 9 months. Of course, She did it before interview but they had collected only her photo and signature, however this time they collected her 10 fingerprint as well. She did it on 02/10/2025 and till now the status is still "Biometric Appointment Was Scheduled"
Did you get update on your status?
Can you tell me the exactly age (years and months) when you received the biometric notice?

same as mine my Daughter is now 12.9 as i have received notice on Jan 22,2025, I have done biometrics for her on Feb 11,2025. my case Status same biometrics scheduled.. what was your interview date brother and which office?

I have done biometric for her on Feb 10, 2025. Actually my interview was twice. First one was on Nov 4, 2024 (not completed beacause it stared late) and the subsequent interview was on Jan 10, 2025. Arlington, Virginia.

I've recently asked for a DL renewal in Missouri and presented my EAD card after asylum approval that is valid until 9/2029, the lady processing my application told me that my real ID renewal will be valid until 2032, today I received the physical card and found that my card only valid for one year. Anyone can explain what happened and why my DL renewed for only one year?

Don't have an answer to your question but have a question of my own to you. Do you have a GC? I was always assuming that real ID is only for green card holders and asylum seekers are not eligible.

Hi
Asylum seekers with valid EAD can get real ID in New York valid up to EAD expiration.
