You can send your request through congressman but you need a valid and solid grounds and documentation to expedite the case i.e. your serious medical condition or your family as well or your family is in danger in your home country. if you don't have any proof or solid grounds, then wait for your turn. that's it...
 
Hay i did enquire with congressman and waiting from last 2 weeks. May i know how many weeks does it took you to get your decision after the enquire?

Bro..1. No need to get fax number, because they don't have fax number and also they don't reply through fax because of sensitive information.
2. Go to previous page#459, I have mentioned that how you can get the information about your area's congressman.

Thank you very much my friend your information ,this is very important for me , Brother I wanted an another question , yesterday I called in my congress and took the email id from her but i don't know what to write? in the email how to write? brother Can you guide me ?the type of format that can be emailed , brother this will help me a lot please
 
Remember, First of all you should have a valid and strong reason/grounds with supporting documents to expedite you case. If you don't have that, no need to reach out to your congressman. Writing an email is the second part of your case. What to write, it depends upon your case and the grounds. Not everybody's case has the same grounds and documents. Thank you so so much brother for such a quick responce

If we talk about important. then I don't have any physical problem but when I came to America 4 years ago my daughter was 1 year 4 months old now she is 5+ years old last 4 years I am living without my parents and wife . I know its very difficult time just that's why its always there its been more than 1 year i am waiting for my result .in this matter from congress whether to ask for a solution or not?
 
Reach out to your congressman and sent him an email that your result is out of normal processing times, requesting him to please help to get the result, if your interview has already been done. They will help you in this regard.

Brother , I sent them email this morning and she replied with a form to fill it , I filled the form and submitted ,

so what happens Next brother ? how soon USCIS reply Congressman ? how will Congressman help me in this regard ?
I know i am bothering your brother , but I am in different situation brother

You will receive a reply from congressman office within next two three days. Usually USCIS takes 5 to 6 weeks to reply but it vary case to case. So now wait and see. Don't rush now.

wait.....You are very luck that everything done within 6 months, otherwise people are waiting for the last 6,7 years. it will take may be 3 to 6 months to receive your decision. So just WAIT....
