About My Labor Certification

All Friends:

I would like to bring the following for you kind advice and help.
My company Sponsered me as a "Junior network Adminstrator"
in a hope to get a greencard, I accept the sallary $30,000 year.
Now I am a bit thoughtful, whether the labor dept will approve my Labor or not. Because I have a doubt that $30,000 might make any interuption at the time of approval. I would like to have your comments how much should be the sallary for " Junior Network Administrator "

You are on shaky ground there my friend, I don't know how a lawyer could have approved such a salary cap when filing your petition, and I mean I am no expert but I would have a tough time justifying that as even people with associates degrees make more than that.

If you have a US equivalent Bachelor's or Master's degree that will be a problem as the salary listed is too low. But hey, that's just my opinion and I could be wrong.

For your help and advice, actually I have not done any associate course. I have just done my A+ and Net+ from a small indian type intitute. But my boss now giving me training for MCSE in Learning Tree Int'l at Reston.

Please advice what shall I ask my Lawyer.

I just checked with VA SESA. The Lady whom I spoke to said they were processing 5th Feb. Can u check ur status.
Guys sorry for breaking the trend of calling on Wed's and Fri's.
