Hi,
Someone is filinf false case on me to accuse between interview and oath since they know I will be denied my citizenship. What do I do?

Accuse you of what? Have you been charged with anything?

No charge yet, but got threatened that I have some of their documents and I am illegally holding them. I don't have any of their things. They might just send me summons so my citizenship will be held.

This sounds like a civil matter and as such would not affect your citizenship process.
If you had criminal charges filed against you it would be a different story.

Can you please explain the difference in bit more. I don't understand these things.

As Bobsmyth suggested, this is a civil matter. This means that someone is trying to sue you in a civil (not criminal) court for something that they believe you owe them. Since this is not a criminal issue (no arrests/law enforcement is involved), this will not prevent you from taking your oath. Moreover, this doesn't need to be disclosed on the oath letter.

What if they falsely accuse that I hit them or something, will that be criminal? They mentioned that to me. In fact they hit me and broke my finger. Being nice I did not report.

Another question, looks like you received passport in 10 days, did you apply for book + card or just book?
I am planning to use the expediate service, will be it of any use?

Well, being accused of it is not really the issue. Unless you're charged with it or something, don't mention it. When's the oath? If you're lucky, even if this is pursued, it won't be official until after.

Oath is on July end. They know it. So I heard they are preparing to send notice through lawyer or do something. I am scared because my citizenship is in someone else's hands.

BTW how you applied and got the passport same day? I need to travel and hence need passport quickly.

Being nice I did not report? Lol why don't you press charges against them?

Listen, try to kiss their *** and make good until your Oath. They can make things difficult for you by going to the Police and lying. As for the passport, depending one where you stay you can get next day service. It just will cost a whole lot of money. Good Luck.

Their lawyer can send you whatever they want, but if the police don't arrest or charge or detain you over it, it doesn't need to be reported for your citizenship process.

Anyone can state anything against you. It's up to the police to decide whether to file charges or not. Stop worrying and get on with your oath.

Thank you so much everyone, makes me fill bit better.

cafeconleche - with the expediate service, I can get the passport within a day! thats amazing.

@supan... some passport issuing locations, (there's only 7-9 of them in the US and they're separate than the passport acceptance facilities) can offer you the same day passport, but you have to have proof of travel saying that you're leaving the country within the next 2 weeks.
The cost is regular passport fee (or add the card fee if you're applying for it too) + $25.00 Execution fee + $60.00 expedited fee ... for the same day or 2-3 day passport pickup

with the expedited service, the passport comes to your house in 2-3 weeks
The cost is the same as above...

..regular service is 4-6 weeks. I did regular service and got my passport in 31 days. (This is $60.00 cheaper... as you wouldn't be expediting the service.)

I received my citizenship shortly after the passport requirement for travel to Mexico/Canada/Carribbean was passed and the initial rush to get passports came to an end. I only applied for the passport book via standard processing and received it within 10 days.

Don't worry about their threats. Your citizenship will be safe as long as you are not booked of any crime or charges by the police. That too as a formal report. Since those are just empty threats, it will not even be known to the USCIS while processing your citizenship application. Good Luck with the process. Hope you have got your passport.
