2004 tracker walon se na dua na salaam - naraaz to nahin hain na? Ek entry aapke naam par booked hai - tracker main bhi post kijiye - hum jaison ki hausala aafjayee hogi.

GC ke jashn main humen shareek karna na bhooliyega. (waise bhi humne kaha tha koi RFE nahin aani aapko). :rolleyes:

are there two different Qs for EB2 and EB3?
what is the current I-140 processing date for EB2 applications

My I-140 case got approved today (28th Feb).

Details

EB2 (VSC/MA) Substitute labor PD July 2001
I-140 RD/ND (02/02/05) (02/07/2005)
485/EAD (Concurrent filling) filed on Feb 10/2005 waiting for RD/ND (Attorney on vacation)
 
not yet. Still waiting for the attorney to get back with my case numbers.
Hope VSC wide open their fast track for all.

I have no idea about FP dates. Even I am eager to know the same . Anyone's suggesstion or story regarding the same will be appreciated.
Has anyone heard of even 485 getting approved so soon , or it is just happening for 140 so far.

My I140 approved on 2/17/05, FP received today (03/04/05). Scheduled for 04/14/05.
 
Is it Typo on VSC processing dates?

USCIS just updated processing dates.

at VSC, 140/eb2 dates are jumped from Feb 05 to Dec 16 ' 04.

I guess, it is accidental typo that instead of making 02/16/04, some one made it 12/16/04 ? !!!!!!!!
