Has TSC approved any RFE cases since Nov????

How much time to they usually take??

There are 2

Sunil K and Longwaiting were both approved RFE cases in the past month. Each of theirs a month or less from resubmitting.

Do u think TSC is turning their phone off?

Has anybody been able to talk to an IIO recently? Today I was on the line to TSC and suddenly exactly at 8 AM CT the line got disconnected. I think TSC is turning off the phone during business hrs. Has anybody had any similar experience?

It seems TSC not working on I-140s

Really frustrating this TSC. No approvals in this week. It taking 8 to 10 months(min) but others just in 2 months. Any idea what\'s going on? any body able to talk IIO?

GOOD UPDATE

Hi All,
 My lawyer was finally able to talk to the IIO at TSC today.
My case ND 7/26 was assigned to the officer yesterday.
The officer told my lawyer it takes 1-1.5 wks to approve after case is assigned.

Finally an approval

A petition with receipt date of January 26, 2001 has finally been approved on January 14, 2002--approval mailed on January 15 and received today. The RFE of 06/06/2001 was replied to on June 26 but the voice mail kept on saying that the reply was received on 09/15/2001. Any way the long wait has ended; incidentally the priority date is January 13, 1998--four years from labor certification application to I-140 approval! Let us see when I-485 is approved!
