TSC I-140 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

vibrant and rawjiuce,

i mailed the RFE on 20 May....the status still doesnt show me that they received it....
i called USCIS - the 800 number - and they are as ignorant as can be.....they just said that they may update the status , check back after 2 weeks.....

1. did u guys get an email when the LUD changed ?
2. did any of u guys have any such experiences ? what happened ?

In My case when they Issued RFE back in Feb 2005, the status didnt get updated. I came to know only thru my lawyer. But after sending the respose to RFE, i Got e-mail saying , they received bla.. bla.. and also LUD changed 3 days after the e-mail.
So i think its common that some officers might not update the online status.
Also most of the people got thier approval with in a month time.

I went home to lunch. I received 485 approval, both lawyer copy[lawyer mailed to me in DHL] and mine in mail. 485 was approved exactly after 14days of 140 approval. Going for stamping soon.

Cooooooool................. got 140 approval email.

Hi All,

I got the maic email at 10:45 PM on my 140 approval. Interesting thing is my 485 was approved on 24 th May. And it took almost 98 days after we replied the RFE for my 140.

Now I am enjoying the 485 appoval, till today I am little bit tensed. See my signature for more details.

Any recent I-140 Approval's? after RFE?. My RFE Sent on May 11th and received by USCIS on 13th. Any body near to this date?

140 RFE Issue Dt : 02/28/05 (RFE On Education / Company Financials)
RFE Replied on : 05/28/05
Approved on : 06/02/05

I-140 RD 03/15/05
RFE on I-140 06/02/05

No Luck yet. My RFE (I-140, ability to pay) was replied May 4th, 2005. LUD change on May 5, 6. No Luck yet. I wonder what's going on? :confused:
