TSC I-140 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

I 140 approved after RFE

Hi all,

I received email yesterday that my I 140 approved after one month of receving a response to RFE. I was loosing hopes as it normally takes 10- 15 days to approve a case after receiving the response for RFE. and my case is pending more than one month.
Finally a good relief.

I 140 RD 12/10/2004 LUD 02/11/2005. RFE on ability to pay - 03/05/2005, Received RFE-03/25/2005 , LUD - 03/28/2005, AD - 04/28/2005.
I 485 RD 12/10/2004 no LUD
EAD - RD 12/10/2004, AD - 12/24/2004, LUD-02/10/2005
FP 04/28/2005 Newark,NJ.
 
Who receives the RFE. The employer or the lawyer. My case status sent RFE sent on 3rd May.But no ones recd it yet.

I-140 RFE Response.

After Long wait.. today My Lawyer sent the response to my I-140 RFE.

PD: Aug 13th 2002.
I-140 ND - 05/11/2004. RFE - 02/22/05 On Ability to Pay. Replied on 05/11/2005. (Employer took almost 11 weeks to prepare the Audited Financial's statement for year 2004 :confused: )
I-485 ND- 08/16/2004.
FP - 03/12/2005.

Guys,
Normally how many days will it take to update the USCIS web site that "we received response.... bla..bla.." after sending the Response to RFE. Can you guys please share your expereince? Thanks
 
How long after RFE received?

My RFE response received on May4th. The RFE about "ability to pay". How long for approval? Are most of you guys waiting more than month after RFE response?

Mine was sent on 05/11/2005. No Update on the website till now regarding the receipt. As per Approval is concerned i know people got with in a week after sending the response, also people are waiitng more than 12 Weeks with no Response.. as always its really unpredictable.

I got e-mail on Firday that they received the Response for bla..bla.. After that LUD Changed on 5/14 and Today 5/16. Nothing yet.. hope something good will happen.

Sorry guys for the late reply. I received the BLESSING [Approval Email] this morning. Like i said before, about my gut feeling [Prophesy] was true. They are answering the RFEs maximum in a month. Once again praise God for His blessing today.

rawjuice.. CONGRATS... Did you see any LUD Change this month?
