No, my Univ has 4400 employee and it was established in 1834. Since then it never went bankrupt, may be we need enron accountants.

Just heard the most beautiful music from AVM. My case was approved !!!

I opted to do AOS, but I changed my mind and like to do CP one month ago. My lawyer still has not submitted I-824 yet. So I think I will have to do AOS.

yes it can be

there is something called expedited processing if u qualify ur 140 will be processed right away but the sponcer should be a non profit organization

and
one of the following 5 reasons should be met

financial hardship/loss to applicant
financial hardship/loss to employer
humanitarian reason
governmental nessasity
ins error
