It is 11/22/2006. Also, I never got to use my EB3 priority date of 12/1/2003. My priority date is 11/7/2006 for the second labor my company did in the EB2 category.
 
Congratulations to moon88 and jowood! And thanks for sharing; it may be irrelevant to some readers, but I'm sure lots of people are glad to see a stream of approvals which means things are moving.

Jowood, it helps to know that you got the card within one week. Now I have my expectations high to get mine in time for a trip later this month. Thanks.

Infopass and EB visa 'U'

I was planning to have an infopass appointmet at San Jose to find out somethings about namecheck status. I heard ( from forums ) some San Jose IOs are very rude . Will they go nuts if took the infopass appointment at a time when all EB are "U" ?!
 
I have visited twice and did not find any of them being rude.

However when I went the EB were not unavailable and PD was current.

In any event you are going there to get name check status out so get your work done and absorb the rudeness part.

Got the card in the mail today. Like Jowood reported earlier, mine also took about a week, not bad.

Got an LUD on my 485 today. I have spoken to a customer rep in TSC last week and she told me that name check was cleared but have to wait until october for visa availability.

Had this LUD today:

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On August 14, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register

I thought customer reps don't have access to namecheck information.
May be these days they have .

LUD interpretation

Can someone please help me interpret the following LUDs on my application?

I-140 was approved and received on Sep 25, 2006, but recently saw an LUD on my I-140 application on July 28, 2007.

I-485, I-131, I765 filed on Nov 7, 2006

I-131 was approved and received on December 14, 2006, but recently saw an LUD on my I-131 on August 5, 2007.

There has been no LUD on my I-485 since Nov 28, 2006. My finger printing was done on Nov 29, 2006.

Can someone please help me interpret or shed any insight as to why there is an LUD on I-140 and I-131 almost 9-10 months after its approval?

Any EB2 approvals ??

my Priority EB2, JAN-2004 / INDIA
FILED 140/485 THRU SUBSTITUTION IN MAY-2007
GOT EAD&PAROLE IN JULY-2007 for both me & spouse &

FP DONE for me JULY-2007 & did not receive SPOUSE FINGER PRINTING

Spouse Name check is cleared & my name check is pending.

the last update on 485 is on 18-JUL-2007 & my spouse is on 15-JUN-2007

Please let me know if any of yours is similar or around the same period.

A lot of people had the same LUDs on the same date that you had. We don't know what that was but don't worry, it's probably an internal USCIS thing.
 
Received I-485 approval for both me and my husband

2003/7/30/EB2 RIR (PD)
2005/10 LC certified
2005/11 I-140 filed
2005/12 I-140 certified
2006/5/5 I-485 received
2007/2 write to Laura Bush
2007/4 received BI letter: both cases NC have been cleared on April, 2007
2007/5/5 RFE TB skin test （Reply received on May 30th, 2007）
2007/7/30 called USCIS started a referral
2007/8/2-8/10 called USCIS several times (POJ), was told no visa have been assigned to our cases, have to wait until October.
2007/8/15 welcome letter mailed.

I m stuck in name check contacted the local congress man and all they did was to confirm that I am stuck, no request could placed from them with USCIS/FBI for resolving. Now i am going to send letter for FL my question is should we fax our name check letter for FL office or send it my mail anyone please share your insight
