LUD on my case

My case details
EB2 , INDIA
PD = OCT 2001
FP = May 5th

485 RD = Jun 22
LUD = 07/5/06

Today morning i have seen a change in the LUD to 11/03/06 for myself and my spouses case

But the status is still the same.

What does this mean? How to know if my name check is cleared

hopefully you mat get approval for 485 soooon, may be today or tomorrow...
 
I just got 2 approval notice emails today for my I-765 application. I got an LUD on 11/2/2006 and then another 11/3/2006 saying my application has been approved and a card has been ordered. TSC approved it within 3 weeks, amazing... Now i'm still waiting on my 131 and 485....

Hello All:

Today I have received 458 approval emails for my wife. It took full one month after my (primary applicant's) approval. Finally I relieved with this whole stressful GC journey.

Those who do not see their dependants approval now, wait for one month to see their approval.

I really thank to all the forum members and the host of this site, it gives lot of helpful information and hopes.

May GOD bless you all and hope to get out of this whole lengthy process.

Congratulations.

Isn't the GC journey pretty much over once the primary is approved. In case the dependant does get stuck in the name check, its just a matter of time before the GC is issued, correct?

But in the meantime the dependant can always use the EAD for employment? Only issues I see is 1) periodic EAD renewal and 2) travel (outside the country)

Am I correct in assuming that even though the dependant's case is pending, the primary, once approved, is free to change employers, etc?

It has been a long journey. EB2 NIW in 1998 (denied), First LC 1999 (approved, but decided to switch job). Hang on folks, your turn will come soon.

i did my fingerprints today. hopefully by monday my LUD will change.
 
I did my FP one day earlier, on 11/01 in Charleston SC.
NO LUD so far.

as i c, ur i140 got approved in 15 days or so. did u use the premium processing for I140? are under EB-2 or Eb-3 or what? thks
 
Could anyone please post the updated tracker file?

I haven't seen the uploading of the most recent tracker file for a week from anyone. Could anyone please post the updated tracker file for everyone?
 
Only LUD I have for 485 is right after RD. RD 10/17, LUD 10/19.

What about you?.. Did you get any LUDs?
