r u sayin that ur namecheck or FP got clered in 22 days? Fp is different from namecheck. can u elaborate.
 
Approval

Hi,

I have filed the I-485 and I-140 on May 5th 2006.
I-140 approved on Nov 14th
I-485 approved on Dec 2nd

only LUD on I-140 was on approval day

LUds on I-485 LUDs
Sometime in June after FP
Nov 28 (no change in message)
Dec 2nd (card production ordered)

I have no idea when the namecheck has initiated or cleared, I haven't had many LUDs at all, I had one 2 weeks after the finger prints (early june) and the next LUD on my I-485 wasn't until this week (Nov 28th)

so ur lud for i485 was one around 15 june or so? can u give an exact date for that lud. when u did exactly ur FP? in which center were ur applications (TSC or NSC)?

why ur I140 took so long?

from which country r u? how common is ur name?
 
I'll look for the exact dates on Tuesday (travelling tomorrow).
I have no idea why the I-140 took so long, I got nervous already and called the customer service and they gave me the standard answer, to wait 30 days after the 6 months and call again. 1 week after the I-140 was approved.

As matter of fact, all your banking history may be opened without warrant according to the famous Patriot Act. This includes wire transfers as well. IRS may open its files to ohter agencies upon request as well.

MY 765(EAD) approved today 12/05/06

I havent received any notification emails. I saw couple LUD's las couple days. Yesterday I called texas center and they told me that has been approved but I saw they changed the only status today.

Tomorrow I have code 3 bio.

Same here. Except I got 8 emails and I already did my code 3 bio on 11/29/06

Can I ask why did you do an infopass since your RD is still within the processing dates that are published? What did you ask them?
 
No FP notice yet (more than 3 months)

I haven't received anything from USCIS about my FP. It seems it's usually 2 weeks after I-485 RD. Not even LUD since 8/18. My lawyer says I shouldn't worry?! If I call USCIS they say I have to call back when my application is pending for 6 month.
I guess without FP USCIS doesn't even start name check?!
Is this really normal?

I got 8 emails on my EAD, but not of approval. They issued some kind of RFE :(

Any idea what kind of RFEs are issued for EADs?
