Transfer VSC -> TSC

Transfered cases

i did a scan on my ND 1/10/06 on all the 140s. Most of the 140s that had been transfered VSC-> TSC on 4/18/06 have LUDs for 5/18/06 and 5/19/06. Most of these are approval notices or RFEs.
 
Thanks Manish. How do you say that you can file 485 in June?

I understand EB1 485 Retor is currently on Jan 01 2006, are you expecting your 140 to be cleared in another 10 days or so?
 
You don't have to wait for your I-140 to be approved before you apply for I-485. In case of EB1 category, your priority date is when you apply for I-140.
I am sure when the next visa bulletin is released you will be able to file I-485 in July 2006.

more LUDs

Another LUD for 5/20/06.

I scanned all the 140s on the same ND as myself and of those petitions that were forwarded to TSC, that had not yet been approved or RFEd, also had LUDs for 5/18, 5/19, and 5/20. No changes though to any of those petitions.

of the 10 140s which were transfered from VSC -> TSC on 4/20/06 with the same receipt date as me (1/10/06), 5 have been either approved or RFEd in the last 5 days. TSC is definately working on the transfered cases.

I encourage everyone to scan all the 140s with the same receipt date as them and build a database of it. it is really informative.

these TSC ppl really r impressive. my case was approved today morning, May 20 , a saturday ......huh, thats impressive....

I got so many LUD, 04/08; 04/28; 05/05; 05/10; 05/11; 05/12; 05/13; 05/20

I think my case was tranferred to TSC on 04/28 and received by TSC on 05/05

Not a concurrent filing regular I-140 filed with VSC on 03/30 (RD) ; 03/31 (ND)

A number of people have reported I-140 approvals VSC to TSC transfers today. Their cases were approved on 05/20 or 05/22 but only saw a status message change today. Based on the approvals so far, TSC is probably processing EB-2 based on labor certification. The center seems to be processing petitions in batches. Most likely, EB-1 cases will receive notifications this week as they had received a series of LUDs last week. EB-3 and EB2-NIW cases may have to wait for another two to three weeks to see some action.

Where are those 'reportings' made? Can you please copy paste the link for out information? Are you suggesting that there is some "lag time" in status update meassage after LUDs ?

GC2006 is right. I saw several approves for vsc to tsc transfer cases in other threads, although I am still waitting.
 
If that is the case then this week is very crucial.. to most of us who saw LUDs series in last few days.

Two approvals were reported on Murthy forum (see 2006Tracker thread).
Yes, there was a time lag between approval and email notice. They saw LUDs on 05/20 or 05/22.
