PD: April 2003
(become current on April 2007 when PD jumped 1 year to August 2003)
May 2, 2007, they sent RFE. I thought they were going to ask pay stubs, letter employment, etc. I was ready for it. Wrong, I was dissapointed because the RFE was to take TB skin test. In previous year civil surgeon asking to take TB skin test OR (not both) Xray. Since Xray test only take 1 day, we chose Xray. May 7, 2007, got the actual RFE. We took TB skin test, negatif, sent back RFE on May 11. May 16, status changed that they got RFE. Saying 60 days .... and interview may be needed.
Counting down ... 60 days ...
May 31, online status changed "Card Ordered". I opened the email on June 01, while the status has been changed again.
June 01, 2007, online status change to I-485 APPROVED !! Both me and my wife.
Wow !
My TB skin test might be blessing in disguise, so they did not ask for pay stubs and interview ? Who knows.
Waiting for the card now? correct ?

Just wanted to share the update on our cases - received the magic emails just a while ago.
"Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.
On June 4, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status..."
ROW EB3 moved to Aug 2003 for the Month of May 2007. April 2007 Visa Bulletin is Aug. 1, 2002. How can you file in April? Unless you filed on May 1 and you received RFE the day after?! I don't think that's is possible.
Am I missing something here?
Let me clarify.
Yes, my I-485 was filed concurrently with I-140 in April/May 2005 where still possible to file concurrently. When my PD was current for May 2007, they sent RFE for TB skin test. We sent back RFE just a week later. On June 01, 2007 they approved (online) my I-485.
Here my signature (long story of waiting and keep fighting):
