Tracker for June CSC Concurrent 140/485

No FP notice yet. Probably after my case is screened. Also, it's been months that the 485 date remains the same (April 1). Soooo slow!

A friend got her I-140 approval on sep 12th.
Her PD was June 23rd!

There is no fifo for I-140. They just process randomly.
I can't even find my I-140's online status yet!

Did you send email to adj. officer ? I was also not able to find I-140 online before, Once I sent them email they fixed it in two days.

PD of May, June of 2005 means they went thru PERM ?

Anyway, it's good to see CSC processing beyond April...
(although they skipped May RD's...)

Was it CA or OR? Maybe if it is OR then OR is being processed quicker than CA??
 
Impact of retrogression

Hi,

What is the impact of retrogression on people whose i-140 is approved and whose AP and EAD are approved too but with no finger printing?

EB2 (RIR):
I-140: RD: 06/23/05 ND: 06/29/05 AD: 08/14/05
I-485: RD: 06/23/05 ND: 06/29/05
AP: Approved: 07/22/05
EAD: Approved: 08/21/05
FP: Waiting

Well, I-140 for both her and I went to the CA processing center.
We work for the same company!

Any updates on your 140 status?

Send an email to CSC-XII.140@dhs.gov (CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov if 485 is not found on web) with the content like

Dear Sir/Madam:

We have filed I-140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER on XXXXX 2005. The Information for the case is as following.

Petitioner : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Inc.
Beneficiary : xxx, xxxxx
I-140 Receipt #: WAC-05-216-xxxxx
Beneficiary A # Axxxxxxx
Received Date: xxxxxx, 2005
Notice Date: xxxx, 2005

However, we Cannot locate this case at USCIS website (www.uscis.gov). Is there any procedure required before we can track this case online ?

No LUD's for me on my 140. Hope to see something next week since I am about 5 days behind you. But then again, things are not too logical when it comes to USCIS :)
 
Starting from October, for ppl born in China or India, the 485 will not get approved as long as the PD is not current (the filing date for Labor certification). If your PD is around 2001/2002, you might be in for a looooong wait. However, having 140 approved makes life a lot easier since you can change the jobs 180 days after 140 approval. Your AP and EAD will get renewed every year.
Let me know your PD and I'll tell you your GC future :)

HI guys,
Up until today I could not find my I140 status online. It always said "case not found".
Today it said it was approved on the sept 15th.
So, all those who cannot find your I-140 case status keep your hopes alive.

FP notice?

Hi,

so quite a few people from month of June got their I-140 approved, which is a good sign. The question is: Has anybody received the FP notice?
Apparently, August applicants already got their FP notices a week ago.
