Tracker for June CSC Concurrent 140/485

Hi navnod,

What does the online message say? I had this e-mail message regarding
I-131:

" Current Status:

On August 11, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued. "

Does it mean it is approved? I haven't received anything in the mail yet.

The message said:
"This case has been approved. On August 16, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

From your and my RDs looks like they follow FIFO based on ND!

Their message to you looks cryptic. But i think it is approved.

Here is your 131 status:
131 RD: 06/23/05 / ND: 06/27/05 / AD: 7/29/05 (no status change on-line)

You wrote "no status change on-line". If your 131 status change doesn't show online, how did you know the AD? Did you email USCIS or anything else?

Lads,

I've got email from USCIS; another RFE was issued against my I-765 application. I've no idea what else they may not like in my application. I hope they just lost my photographs again :rolleyes:

After third RFE my I-765 approved on 9/6/2005

I just have got an approval email from USCIS regarding my I-765 petition. :D
 
LUD Change on I-140

Just to update my signature: I noticed change in LUD on my I-140 as of today. However, there is no change in the message.
Question for people who filed in June: any FP notices?

Lads,

I've noticed a few LUDs for my 140 petition. The latest one in my signature. My guess they are sorting our cases betwen officers' ques.

Me too! Our dates are identical. I am still not sure what is the RFE about, they just mailed it yesterday. Do you have information on your RFE?

I-140 approved

I just got email notification from USCIS saying my I-140 has been approved. Online status shows approved too. It seems CSC is still processing I-140. So far no FP notice yet.

I would like to inform you that RFE was issued against my I-140 petition. My signature has been corrected correspondently. So far it looks like they are always need some more additional information/evidence. Never got satisfied with what provided to them based on their own instructions. Bloody buggers
