Tracker for June CSC Concurrent 140/485

140 Online Status

Has anyone whose RD is in June been able to check their 140 status online using their WAC #?
I have'nt been able to for 140 and am a little worried.
I have been able to do so for 485, 765, 131 that were received on July 8th.

Checking status online

Hi navdod,

May I know how soon that you were able to check 485, 765, 131 after you received your notices. My received date is July 21. But I am not able to check it online now.

Today, July 25th was the first time I tried!
I was given receipts by my lawyer on Fri (july 22nd).

Make sure you have the right receipt #s or call customer service.

To all the gurus

Are I140/I485's processed by PD / RD or ND ?

If someone files concurrent, is 140 held up till 485 is reviewd ?

Are FP and NameCheck the significant roadblocks ? Anything else ?

I think at the end of this process, I'll win multiple world records in each category (LC/140/485)
 
There are some people who were never able to check the
status online until the whole thing is approved.
I filed in May but my petition still does not show up.

Name check can be a significant road block if you're
unlucky. Over 80% of name checks, reportedly, are done
in 3 months but there are unlucky ones who are stuck in
the name check for more than 2 years, reportedly.
So keep your fingers crossed.

Some people said, USCIS and FBI are implementing new
database system which delays many steps for GC
which might explain problems with online system...

Hi everybody,

Does CSC approve applications like EAD/AP based on categories -(EB1/EB2/Eb3) giving priority to any category Or based on the RD/ND dates for all categories??????

Because I see EB2 EAD approved who have the ND after mine.....

Any input is appreciated....

FP notice anybody?

Anybody from CSC June 2005 got FP notice? I saw at the other forum that somebody with RD July 2005 already got FP notice.
I thought that USCIS processing is based on FIFO principle (first in-first out)... :mad:

Which forum did you see that? There was one person with NIW on the July tracker - are you talking about that person? I think NIW applicants have precedence over 'normal' EB2/EB3 applicants.

According to current process time, I should receive my EAD card soon. But there is no way to check it out. I am very worry about that. I called USCIS and USCIS services were very rude. I got nothing with holding a phone for 30 minutes. So upset :mad: :mad: I read in this forum before. Somebody can send an email to USCIS when they had problem to follow their case status. May I know the email address. I am very appreciate with your help if you can share some info. or exprience.

You must be new to this GC process(or at least 140/485).
The e-mail address for 485 is CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov (I think
CSC-XII.140@dhs.gov also works but I never tried because
only my employer(or lawyer) can enquire about my 140 case.

I also do not have online status for 140 yet although we sent out
our petition at the end of April. Some people said they never had online
status until their GC was approved. So no gaurantees for your
ability to check it online.

Received the following email response on enquiry about status of I-140
with RD 02/09/2005 CSC concurrent EB2 with subs-labor -


The file is under supervisor review. Once the file is cleared by the supervisor, the file will be processed. Do not inquire on this case for at least 30 days.

What does this mean? File under scrutiny?

Hi I'm joining you guys for tracking my case. Anyone got approval these days? Any updates?

I've been looking at the status of recent months - from March to May, it takes about 1 to 1.5 months (from RD) to get 765/131 approved. But it seems that the cases of June have slowed down. Is it due to their summer vacation or other reasons?

I'm still anxiously waiting for updates. No FP yet! :confused:
