Tracker for I 485,I131,I765,FP for June 2007 Filers only from NSC

Most of you might not agree, but i am liking Nebraska service Center. It is more predictable here and they are doing it according to plan. How would you feel if your case is in Texas and someone case gets approved before yours even though the priority date is after you. Nebraska, seems like respecting priority date and also following order without randomness. What do you say guys?

485-Rd:06/22/07. LUDs: 08/30,08/31,09/07
EAD: approved 08/22/07.

I got stuck with EAD.
my details:- PD 4/14/2003 EB3 ,India Labor appd.10/15/2005
I-140 AD 2/16/2006
I-485 RD 6/04/2007 ND 6/09/2007 FP 7/26/2007 LUD on 7/26/2007
I-765 RD 6/04/2007 ND 6/09/2007....................LUD on 6/13/2007 AD 9/11/2007
Should I get one more FP notice for EAD? I got only one for I-485.

Can I go for Infopass now....Please advice

I am wondering if I should go for infopass for my AP now or wait till 15th Sep.

My RD is 06/04/07 & ND is 06/15/07 & LUD on AP on 09/04/07.

Is 3 months period counted from RD or ND ? Please advice.

Nothing, they dont have the power to do anything. They just create a service request. If you have not got Advanced Parole still , they can create service request for that too... Once service request gets created NSC will look at it and will do something about it. You definitely will get response. In case of Finger prints also, i did the same and i got a response. So, service requests carry some weightage.

You better go for Infopass. Do not call their 1 800 number. Infopass people seem knowledgeable and they know the difference between Notice date and receipt date. 90 days from RD.

You should go for Infopass since it has been 90 days since receipt date. Keep checking for infopass appointments. If you are not getting appointments in your area, call 1800 number. They will also create service requests. But i am not sure whether they know difference between RD and ND
