Hi NJ485Filer

We have got the same MD and RD dates and also the EAD approval and receipt dates. My ND is 3/12 and the EAC # is 02-131-5xxxx. Could you tell me your EAC# (first five numbers after EAC) and also wanted to know wheteher the AVM would be updated for the FP notice sent , I guess we need to use the 485 adj of status receipt number. Checked yesterday no updates yet.

My EAC # is EAC-02-131-5xxxx.
The AVM chages as following after they send FP notice

"On 25th April 2002 we mailed you a notice requesting to appear for finger printing..................blah blah blah"

Did you apply for AP. I did not hear anything on this. Can you share your info please?

Thanks for sharing the info. AVM is not upadted for me as yet.
I applied for AP for son, spouse and myself. My spouse\'s AP is approved on 3/21, mine was approved on 4/3. I have received my AP. We are still waiting for my spouse\'s AP (Her AP was approved 10 days earlier than mine.).

So finally you got each and every detail. I think you got it with FP notice. I\'ve also got the FP notice but have to collect it from the lawyer.
 
Hi All

Any one from VA with ND 3/12 or later received FP Notice.
I stay in NJ and my company is in VA. Attorney used the company\'s guest house address as my perm Add and my resi add as Temp add. I guess my state for 485 process will actually be VA and not NJ. Anyone from VA with FP notice out there, please reply with your dates. I have seen mahewaal with dates later than me getting the FP notice, prob thats an exception.

I belong to this thread, but I am laid off today!!!!!!!!!! Should I go for Finger printing next week

or should I postpone it to delay so that by mistake also it should not adjudicate within 180 days????
 
This is just a suggestion,

If your company dont inform INS.. keep silent... pray to GOD, you dont get any RFE. Continue with the process.

i havent received FP yet. my state is VA. and ND: 03/15/02

So we are in the same boat. u will probably receive b4 i do. so keep me updated. normally for VA its too much backlog and it takes 4-5 months to recieve FP notice after filing I-485. so keep in touch.

I thought you got your FP. Well, lets update as we progress. NJ seems to be faster than VA. I thought its the otherway. If it takes four to 5 months then I think we need to wait till June.
