Tracker For Feb - 2002 Filers

AP not approved yet!! Is it normal?

MD 02/14/02 RD 02/15/02 ND 03/12/02

Everybody who applied in Feb got approval and also per VSC\'s latest processing time release they are processing RD 03/25/02.
Anybody has any suggestions what should I do?
Is it the warning signal for bigger problems in I485 processing?

The AVM says they take 60 to 90 days ... blah .. blah .. blah ...

Still waiting for EAD/FP. No AP applied.
 
Received SSN

I got my SSN yesterday in the mail...it took 10 days to get the card after applying. I applied on the basis of EAD.

I have filled my AP on march and it got approved as per AVM. My details are as:
RD:03/06/02 ND:03/26/02 AP (Approved on):04/05/02

Hi folks,
At last :)
MD : last week of Jan
RD : Feb
ND : 02/15/2002 (according to VSC AVM)

AP : Approved on 04/11/2002 (as per AVM)
EAD : RFE for photos on 03/12/2002, VSC received info and updated
      AVM, so updated Date 03/22/2002.
      Today I heard the message saying , my card has been ordered. So
      Think that means its approved :)

AOS : No clue :(

Has anyone did their Fp earlier than Scheduled date in Philly?

As Mr. Roger Binny mentioned that he is planning to get the FP before the scheduled date, i may also need to go early. I\'m in Philly. scheduled on May 17th.

Did your EAD/AP get approved? what is u RD/ND?
My lawyer mailed on 11th Feb 2002, and still no news on EAD/AP Approval. Is you lawyer name initials K.R.?
If yes, did he update u about your EAD Approval, if you found out as per AVM.

I dont have EAC# and i dont know if my EAD/AP case is approved.
Just wanted to make sure and check maybe my EAD/AP is approved, & still lawyer not updating me.

Kindly let me know.

EAD Approved on 4/1 (AVM)
State NJ.
Still waiting for Cards. I have seen someone from KY in this thread who got his/her cards within a week of approval. I guess for NJ it takes time.
Anyone from NJ whose EAD got approved in Apr and received the card please update the thread.

Did u do ur FP earlier than the scheduled date ?

Which state and place?
I want to do the same. I\'m in Philadelphia.

Usually a week.

You should receive the card in a week. I got it in 3 days. I live in OK. But I doubt it matters. Many other folks living in other states also received within a week. Have you checked AVM again? If AVM has not been changed I would talk to IIO.

Checked with my attorney and employer. They have used the company guest house address as permanent address and my address as Temporary address. They received the cards last week.
