HI Greaty-K - Please note

When I try to access your website using Netscape Navigator, my application crashes. I tried several times. IE works real good and I already updated my info. But you know - Great Websites should go With Great Explorers.. NN is the way to go ! Not IE.

FP Notice

Hi, today I heard the message saying FP notice has been sent.
Here is my info
State: NJ
Category: EB3 (India)
Center: VSC
MD: Last week of Jan
RD: Feb
ND: Feb 15, 2002
EAD: Approved 04/12/2002, cards received 04/16/2002
AP: Approved 04/11/2002, Haven\'t received anything yet
FP: FP Notice generated on 04/18/2002 (as per AVM)

How long does it take to get AP, what do u receive and who gets it ?
How long does it take to get FP Notice ?

FP message updated

I heard AVM saying that VSC recieved my FP and it has to be processed by VSC. Did FP on 04/11. Message updated on 04/18.

EAD Rcvd 03/04/02
AP Rcvd 03/12/02
FP notice 04/10/02.(actually did it on 04/11)

The lawyer wud never give in the information.
I called up IIO@VSC and she gave me all the information as per my
485, and got to know my wife EAD already approved.
Note: Company did not file my EAD/AP for policy reasons, so they can survive with some people thru this year atleast.

btw, are you from the same co., my co name starts with C and lawyer name initials K.R.
i dunno how to send private msgs.

lawyer has to give the 485 notice to the applicants

Even my company/lawyer policy is that they will not give any information. So far from labor to 485 I have no information. But as far as 485 rcpt is concerned, they have to give that you as you need it when you are travelling outside. So my lawyer gave me only those EAC notices, not my EAD and AP stuff!! how nice :)
 So talk to your lawyer and get the 485 rcpts atleast!
 
Is there any GENEROUS Heart to take initiative….?

Is there any body in this forum with generous heart to share the Xls file. If so, Please updated ( copy..or whatever ) the attached Sheet for Feb2002 files. And post it in March 2002 Filers thread.

We will updated our info and pass it on to April 2002 Filers, and so….on..

It will be a great help if we share our info across the threads and across the Months…and years.

Other than the fact that I started this thread way back when, I doubt I have any greater influence over our peers than you have. I think your request was pretty clear and I myself have registered on your site. I am sure others will follow suit as and when their work load permits them to.

Finger Printing in Virginia (Huntington/Alexandria)

Hi all,
        I have a question for all the experts and those with any prior knowledge. We know that INS sends out a FP notice with a schedule date. They also gives us an option to appear for FP within "86-87" days from that scheduled date, IF one can\'t appear due to any reason on that scheduled date. Just want to make sure this is same for VA? Anyone those in VA(Huntington/Alexandria)with recent FP notices received from INS? Was it this way? Please help.

I would call the INS office at Alexandria and talk to one of the officers.
 
Case resumed

I heard AVM saying that my case processing was resumed on 04/24/02. INS recieved my FP on 04/18/02.I guesss now i have to sit and wait from now. I will update my info after i see any change in my processing.

FP done

Quick update from my side:

Self and spouse got our FP done this past Saturday (04/27). It was actually scheduled for 05/02. There was no one in the queue at the Boston application support center so the whole thing was done in less than half hour.
