Tracker For Feb - 2002 Filers

FP recieved yesterday

Hi guys,
Although i do not participate regularly in this board, but i do visit this board almost alternate days.
My case details:

PD : 03/2001
I-140 - Nov-2001
I-485- RD - 28th JAN, 2002
       ND - 12th FEB, 2002
EAD/AP - Done at local office- 25th march(both for me and wife).
EAD Recieved same day within 1/2 hour and AP recieved friday 5th APRIL.

FP - Recieved on 5th April, 2001(yesterday both for me and wife).
It was a suprise that we recieved both AP and FP notices on same day.
My Fp is scheduled for 27th April, but i am getting it done much before 27th(may be by 10th April.)

Can anyone tell me, is i am the first person to get FP notice for the RD- JAN ,2002 or there are any other person who has already got the FP.

Also, do you think its a very good news for Early 2002 filers?

Please let me know, if my I-485 will get approved within this year or not.

Congrats Roger Binni for all these approvals and notices. But I\'ve two very important questions for u:

1) How were u able to get EAD/AP from the local District office? We are supposed to get them from Vermont Service center. Please reply to this. If its possible and much faster to get them from District office then its cooool.

2) Also u got the FP notice. WHAT STATE ARE YOU IN? Coz the FP notice depends on the state and their respective back-logs. So please tell us what state are u in?

AVM message updated

I got my early FP done on March 27th. The AVM message changed recently to \'FP resluts received on April 2nd and the process resumed\'.

Now have to wait till this message changes next.

EAD/AP/FP

If you don\'t apply your EAD/AP along with I-485 , as soon as you get
your RD date on your I-485, you can go to your local ins office along
with your I-765 form along with your RD along with the AP form.

Still waiting for FP notice . here RD is Feb 22 and ND is March 18.

I think its good to delay FP as what if get laid off within 180 days. What do you guys say?

Hi.. i am also from VA. and my Receipt Date is in Feb. Please let me know when u receive urs Finger Print notice. Although I have heard that VA\'s FP department has back log. So keep in touch.
