Received Notice of Action for AOS, EAD & EP

Hi All,

Just few minutes back our company attorney has received Notices of Actions (AOS, EAD & AP) for me and my wife.

Mail Date : 02/08/2002
Rcvd Date : 02/11/2002
Notice Date : 02/27/2002

AOS EAC# EAC-02-120-531##
EAD EAC# EAC-02-120-533##
AP EAC# EAC-02-120-539##

All of them have different Numbers.

What does it mean when you say the AOS, EAD, AP have been assigned EACs. Does that mean the EAD and the AP for you/wife were approved?

Notice of Actions received

Gabroo,

For Adjustment of Status, EAD and Advance Parol we have received the Notices. That means the applications are being processes and to check the status we have to use the EAC# on the Notices.

These are not approval notices, these are receipt notices.

Nice site for family based Immigration

I checked it out. Its a pretty good site. But its mostly Family Based . Probably it helps for local transfers.

I was on the bench for the past one month. It is really frustrating to watch while may/june/july cases getting approved.

Just checked my bank account. Check was cashed today, 03-08-2002. :)
I paid old fee. Waiting for receipt notices.
