RD 01/29/02
ND 01/13/02

Any one got EAD approved with ND near or around 01/13?

What should I except next?
 
INS VSC I-485 got RD

Hi folks...
I-485 mailed in last week of Jan.
State NJ.
Center VSC.
Receipt Date - Feb 15th (thats what I got from AVM), but the lawyer says its Feb 27th !!!!!!!

The voice mail at INS VSC was use less, didnt give any info.

ND 2/26 on 485 and 765.

I\'m sure many of us we\'ll receive receipts soon.
Feb. filers,please bookmark this thread and keep it alive until we are all through. We still have a long way to go.

What was the RD on the same? Also did you file the 485 yourself or through a lawyer. If a lawyer filed, did u get a copy of the receipts or the lawyer?

Sorry, I didn\'t quite get your first question. But RD on all three receipts are 2/11.

I filed by myself.
 
Got EAC (RD: 2/6)

My lawyer called me to give EAC for 485 and EAD. My application was filed on 6th Feb 2002: EAC-02-1185-****

The I-485 application was sent to the INS on 2/6/02. Still waiting. Attorney WILL get back to me as soon as he receives the receipt.

Hey! BTW, do I get a new EAC# (different from the one for 140) after applying for 485, AP and Emp. Auth. ?
