I recd receipts today, lawyer recd on Mar 4th.
For 485/765/131
MD 1/31/02
RD 2/4/02
ND 2/15/02

Spouse\'s EAD approved on Mar 8th.
 
I am from WA state

Received my EAD card yesterday (03/08/02).

MD 01/29/02 485 + 131 + 765 State:WA
EAD approved 03/03/02
Card received on 03/08/02

No word on AP & AOS yet.
 
MD: 02/11, RD: 02/12, and ND:03/01

Receipt notice received today (03/09) by mail. Old fee paid - checks were encashed on 03/07. No EAD, AP or FP notice yet. State: New York.

Maybe it\'s delayed due to your lawyer\'s untimely notice?
Once your money was taken, you\'re OKed by INS in the first scan.

Receipt notice received today (03/09) by mail. Old fee paid checks were encashed on 03/07. Furtunately I got Receipt notice even i paid old
fee and I mailed on 02/19/2002 but RD 02/18/2002. How it possible the rd
before mailing date.Any how i recieved my Notice of action .I think INS
did favor to me.

I thought it will be nice and easy to track if we use the simple text file. Text file as I thought some people might not have Excel or on other format(Notes/unix etc )
Please have a look at this text file and see if dates are correct and fill the missing information

H1B expiration

To all,

My company has filed my i485 in Feb, however, my H1B will expire in July. Do i need to renew it ??

Please advice
 
got EAC# (RD: 2/25)

I got EAC-02-118-5xxxx. as per AVM RD is 2/25, but per Airborne Express the application was received on 2/6.
My husband filed 485 (EAC-02-036-5xxxx)in Sept\'01 and he has done with FP in March\'02. Is there anyway so that we can get approvals together? thanks!

Geetam,

Since your RD was 02/07, I think your ND should be sometime in Feb. Please look for the ND in your receipt notice. My RD was 02/12 and ND is 03/01. Since your RD was earlier than mine, your ND should also most likely be earlier than mine.

Received Finger Printing Notice(for self) in mail on Saturday (03/09). FP is scheduled for 04/05.
