I\'ve Got EAD by Mail

I\'ve got EAD on 03/28/02 but my wife and kids got RFE as per AVM after they order a new card, i think is just photo matters.Can someone help me to know how long this RFE will delay their cases?

I received FP notice today for the whole family scheduled for April 30.

OK Rogerio, see you on the same day at New Rochelle! Our FP time is 1:00pm. Some people go on earlier dates for FP. We won\'t go early - there seems no advantage at all on I-485 approvals by doing early FP.

The RFE might delay their EADs only (and not I-485) by around 3 weeks (at the most, 4 weeks). This is my guess based on others\' experience.

My FP is scheduled for 11:00, i\'m not going before...seens to me that does not matter once i got my EAD i can wait for the 485 a litle bit more. Keep in touch

Is anyone around who has not received AP approval notice? I am suspecting INS might have mailed to my lawyer. I have to check with my employer as I can not talk to the company provide lawyer directly.

Looks like Nishu has been busy for quite sometime. Would someone be able to volunteer to update the spreadsheet? If everyone is busy then I am going to update it on Monday.

I think you should not postpone. Just try going to your local office and get it done before you leave to your native place.
