FP notice will come to you directly. I received it last week.
RD 02/01/02 ND 02/15/02 EB2/Inida/WA
It came from INS Nabraska Service Center. I was confused for a minute. But then I reaslied that it may be because Washington state comes under NSC.

Wow! When did u get the FP notice. You are probably the first one in this group to get the FP notice with a March notice date. Which state are you from?

            Congrats! What is your State? It really depends on the state to issue to Finger Print in order. So what state you are in? If all is going fine than my "ND = 03/18" which is 10 days after your ND. so I can expect my FP notice by end of March and April first week.
Please reply. Also give details. LIke ur EB category?

AP Approved on 03/22/2002 as per AVM
FP notice received on 03/25/2002 scheduled for 04/30/2002 at Oakland CA.
No message on EAD.

Does any one went for prior to scheduled date at Oakland.. please share experience.

Sorry for the data confusion, i recently came back from India trip so
just got used to that format. Here are the dates of my case
RD 02/04/02
ND 02/21/02
EAD RECIEVED 03/04/02
AP RECIEVED 03/12/02
FP NOTICE DATE 04/10/02
I for the FP notice directly from INS VERMONT SERVICE CENTER.
 
RD 2/14/02 AP approved 3/21/02

Here are my details:

AP approved 03/21/02 (AVM)

Lawyer Received FP Notice on 03/26- MD 02/08 - ND 02/27

My Lawyer Received FP Notice on 03/26. I am still waiting to receive my copy. Our Lawyer is located in VT, so she received it with in a day.

since FP is based on state, so its requested that everyone must mention STATE in addition to other info. Thanks!

I work in State Kentucky (KY) and My Employer is based in VT

MS Green Card

I am working in Kentucky state. Do you think FP is based on state ?
If so is it Work State or Employer State ?

Hi Nishu, We are your juniors... I looked at your tracker and Seen that some info is missing. Can you take a look at March 2002 tracker and make some changes... sometimes we follow your tracker for finding where we stand. But definitely, thanks for taking the initiative to maintain this tracker.
