Jigesh start dreaming in dec 02 but some times Aprrovals are faster than dreams , if you are in continious project without bench then you will never know how the time passes..i wish you good luck man.

You should get your ND( with EAD/AP) March02 Last week, and FP some time First/second week of June02 ...

Feb02Filer, Any idea abut the receipt?

How long should we wait for that? Did you send the old fees or the new fees? I sent the old fees. Check still not encashed!

Ms Green Card - Did you hear different message on AVM ?

I am waiting for my Advance Parol. My ND 2/27/02. Did you hear the message on AVM that your case is approve ??? I am still hearing the same old message "Your I-131.... ". Any info is greatly appreciated.

Mine: 2nd time filing for I-485, EAD and AP to VSC.
      MD: Feb. 8, 02
      RD: Feb. 11, 02
      I-140 approved based on EB-1 on May 30, 01
      State: MD

No checks cashed yet, no any responses from VSC.

1st time VSC lost my files and didn\'t tell me until 6 months later.
This time I am afraid that the same nightmare is happening again... ...

I did not check the AVM, I am not having EAC# for the Advance Parol application. I received the approved copy by mail on 3/16.

My AP was approved on 03/07/02 and received the documents 3/14/02.
MD 01/29/02 RD 02/01/02 ND 02/15/02

Received EAD card earlier.

Which State to you belong to ?

My RD is 02/11/2002 and ND is 2/27/2002. Till now no news.
Did you hear the Approval message on AVM ? Please let me know.
