TRACKER: Feb - June 2003 in Spreadsheet

Called service center

I called up service center as i completed 180 days for I-140 . As soon as she tried to fill up the inquiry form she got a popup message saying as of now it takes 7 months for these kinds of cases so i assume i have to call after one month ... possibly to hear that these kind of case takes 8 months to complete........

my 140 EB3 RIR Non concurrent...RD 14 th feb

well now i can say semi concurrent as i filled my 485 last month ...may be that might push my case ....

Did you guys looked at the following report on the religious worker deadline - related delays...

Processing times page for Nebraska is still showing July 15th update (I have checked Murthy.com and Immigration.com) .

Anybody with more details on these issues, please post them here..

Recieved an RFE , and replyed the center with in 6 days .


Should the online status check system say that BCIS has recieved the details ?
Or does it stay same till the rfe period is done ?

And how long in general that RFE cases take time ...?

Please help !!! .

Hello, the online status will get updated to something like, "We received your response to our Request For Further Evidence", estimated processing time is between x and y. Since initial processing is complete, the time should be less than y"

Hi,

Since nobody updated my ino I took the liberty to updated my info in the tracker.
 
my apologies, but i have only been updating the 140 approval dates because there are other places where the AP and EAD are being tracked.

for eg. rupnet.

EB3 Concurrent - Labor Sub.

RD - 04/18/2003
ND - 04/29/2003
Approval Dates:

EAD - 08/14/2003
AP - 08/13/2003
I140 - 08/18/2003

Hi Nanshi,

Thank you. Its EB3 non-rir concurrent and not Labor Substitution.
