What will be my proirity date for 485 ?
Will it be the date the labor was approved or will it be the date I applied for it ( 06/04/03)?

It is nice to know that NSC is processing June EB3 Labor Substitution cases also.

Your Priority date will be the Date of Acceptance for processing of the form ETA 750, which you used.

My sister got an RFE on Aug 5th. Her ND=4/3/03

Based on a general trend can any one predict how long it takes for the case to be approved after submitting the required documents???

AP and EAD are valid for 1 year.

A medical exam could cost around $200 and above depending on location and how many vaccinations you need.

Right now I am hiring a lawyer to apply for my I-140 and I-485. I wonder after my lawyer submit my application, can I apply AP and EAD myself later or it would be better to let the lawyer do it?

wht does it mean ?????/

EAD card looks something like your drivers licence.

INS will issue you one after your file is approved. ( That was why you had to submit photos along with your applications )
