No FP yet.

checks cashed to receipt notice?

Guys,
How long does it take from the time checks are cashed to receiving the receipt notice?

Checks were cashed for self, and spouse on Aug 10.
Lawyer could not get receipt numbers from back of the check.

Calling the USCIS is not getting us anywhere as they are not transferring the call to the IO and are asking us to wait 90 days from filing.

So, we are waiting on actual receipt notices.

How long does it take?

Received FP notice on 10th Aug. I have mine on 28th Aug and my wife's on 26th Aug. I wonder if I can get mine get done as well on 26th. Any thoughts?

FP Notice & EAD card.

Does the FP notice and EAD card comes to your mailing address directly
or does it come to the lawyer. I have signed g-28 form and my recipt notice was received by my lawyer.

Got the Receipt Notice

Received Notices for AP, EAD today for myself and spouse at my home address.

RN for both of our 485 and my 140 are addressed to my HR. Havenot got any confirmation from them yet. Hopefully, they are received too. I think i am the first one to report on 06/29 RD.

got EAD notice I765 for spouse at home address,nothing for me primary applicant yet, maybe gone to lawyer. Lawyer had applied for 140, 485, 765 and advance parole, for me and spouse together concurrent filing.

But recvd notice only for spouses 765, anybody in same situation?people who got their notices for self and spouse are they in sequential order?

Will appreciate a response
