Track 485 Receipt Dates Filed On Or After 1 July 2007

hey varsityboy,
Looks like TSC is proceeding very slowly. From the latest press release from USCIS,as you noted earlier, NSC is issuing 07/24 application receipts where as TSC is stuck at 06/30/2007.
Dont know what's going on. My Checks also not cached.
What about your checks??
 
and also from your earlier posting where you randomly punched SRC numbers,
They could be anyhting right like N-400, H1 etc, We cannot really conclude that TSC is processing the latest dates.
I need to wait atleast till my checks gets cashed so that I can get receipt number from the cashed check image.
 
my checks are not cashed either.

They cannot be N-400 OR H1 as it clearly says 485 application. But it could family based 485 application.

TSC is not even moving by an inch. NSC filers are lucky

On USCIS website , updated issue is still at 08/24/2007.
Can you provide a link where you got that data from.

In BTW, TSC started accepting I-485's starting in mid july.
As per old I-485 applicaton edition instructions (incl the one before latest edition) , all I-485's should be sent to NSC. May be that's why NSC processing is much quicker . Looks like TSC dont even know that they need to process I-485's as per new I-485 edition instructions :)

Delivered on July 2nd and check encahses on Aug 27th

My package was delivered to NSC on July 2nd. The checks were cleared on Aug 27th and the case got transferred to TSC. Today I received the receipt notice from my lawyer office. Both myself and my husbands EAD got approved, waiting for the card. AP is still pending.

Labor filed : Nov 22 2005 on EB2
Labor approved : Feb 2006
I-140 applied : March 2006
I-140 approved : April 2006
I-148 filed : July 2nd 2007

The f$U*(ng difference for TSC was 6/29 and now is 7/2 which is basically the opposite ends of a week end.

What about your EAD & AP? Did you receive them?
I have applied to TSC, looks like TSC too slow to process. All NSC applicants are getting their receipts much faster.

No, I only received the receipts so far. Not the EAD/AP/fingerprinting notice.

wakarally,
if you read latest I-485 instructions, you will know which service center will process your case.
most of North east,South,South east states are processed by TSC, all remaining states by NSC.

I-485 instructions mentions clearly which states are processed by TSC & NSC.
Please check it.

Did you notice that TSC has not moved at all. As you notice the date is saying 07/19. Just two days after 07/17 starting date

I am wondering whether TSC is busy processing all those transfered cases from NSC. I dont know may be bookkeeping??
This can only explain the delay.

What's your guess for next week update (I am thinking 07/20 for TSC and 08/07 for NSC) :rolleyes:

It could be 7/19 for a couple of weeks for TSC(Just like we had 07/02 for a couple of weeks ;-( ) ,but we never knew , USCIS is not that predictable....Are they? ;-)
