Update my information also.

I recived RFE on 11/26 issues on 11/20 and replied on 11/29 and AVM is updated on 11/30. Still watitng for reply. My RD is 08/29/00.

Birth Certificate RFE

Other than affidavits from father/mother/uncle/aunt, notarized copies of original BC, notarized copies of high school marks sheet with DOB, what else is need to address the RFE for additional proof?

Has any one got BC RFE and can share info.

I have recived BC RFE.

Just provided the Affidavits from Mother and Father . Thats all my Attorny told me to provide . Lets see when my day comes.
 
REF received 11/09/01, talk to IIO, still pending.

Just talked to an IIO. My case, RFE requested 10/26, replied 11/05, received 11/09 ( User ID UMTO ) is still pending, not assign to an officer. She said I still have to wait for another 90 days. This drives me crazy.
