Received Approval Notice today.

ND 22nd Sept 2000
RFE for Birth Certificate Received on 4th Nov.
Reply received by INS on 4th Dec.
Received Approval Notice on 13th Dec.
LIN: 00-265-XXXXXX
This is a nice platform to share the info and keep the hopes floating.

My Approval Date is 7th Dec. I gave Affidavits from my Parents and Uncle, 3 in all. I\'m different from Nilu/ Javed.It took just 3 days after INS received my response. Even I was surprised with speed INS handled it after response was submitted.

Great! This is exactly what both me and wife have submitted. (seperate affadavits from father, mother, uncle and aunt). Our RFE package was sent on 12/05 and AVM ack\'ed receipt on 12/6. Hoping to see the sweet suprise in the mail!!!!

Please call INS Problem in updation of AVM messages.

Cases are getting approved but messages are not changing. So just call and check.
