kishore143, lately i am seeing lot of approvals for dec filers not oct or first week of nov filers. our day will come.. lets wait..

Guys,
I too am waiting from early November of 2004. First I used to get irritated by amount of time it took to get my labor certification (Close to three years....Thanks to millions of illegal aliens who got in queue in Apr 2001 with blessings from Bush......Now I know why people are scared of labor pains)
And now the NSC yahoos are approving randomly forgetting about basic rules of queue. Seriously this whole department of immigration is a big mess and no one knows what's going on. We unnecessarily feel that our respective countries of citizenship are not good, to move here. Place is no better than anywhere else. The message that they display on status check is wrong (It is taking us between 150 and 180 days to process this type of case). It actually has a post script to it.......provided our officer is in a good mood. IMPORTANT: If your application gets picked up.... your luck factor is extremely good. Invest in lottery .... good chance that you will win huge sum.
