my PD : 08/23/02 , EB2

RFE about Ability 2 Pay.
Replied with sitable documents. LUD for 3 days after RFE receival.
Then no updates .
Waiting for approval.

Thank you. Looks like NSC is using priority dates for EB2, even though they should not be.
And with NSC the deduction is supposed to vary by each approval :)
 
I140 Received Status

My I140 RD is Nov2 2005. I have LUD as 01/14 . There is no response/touching from USCIS after that LUD. What does it mean if the application is in received status while rest of all petions on the same day are either pproved or issued RFE.

Very very frustating !!! :confused:

The same is the case with me. There is another guy who is in the same status as me. All the rest are approved.

I am tired of looking at the status everyday.
 
how do you run the scan?

I have a question..

how do you get this information as which of the LIN# are approved so far and those with RFE? I would like to run this scan by myself too. can anyone please let me know.

Today 2 cases got RFE.I hope it is colts fans case
only 3 are untouched on that day.Iam still in that :(

PD : 11/04/04

RFE sen on APril 29th.
Replied to INS On JUne 15 th and Last LUD is on June 20 eth.
Then no updates and no news.

Is INS takes this long after they received RFE Response?
Are there any members in same situation?

serious trouble here

hey guys,
this will really sound stupid. I m already feeling one !!!!!! i got my I-140 approval notice in mail in may first week. i really don't remeber where i kept it in my house and now i couldn't find it. does anybody know what happens if u loose one of the approval notuces send from USCIS? can we ask for another one? an we just print out from their websites. please please let me know ASAP :(

I havent logged into this site for a while as I was getting frustrated. I'm still waiting. The RFE case was not mine. I'm still in one of the 3 unapproved cases .. This is painful ..

did you change your address after u applied ur 140.Yeaster day i got my second Fp notice code2.did you get yours

RFE Response received : 06/15/05
Last LUD 06/20/05

and waiting .....waiting....
 
Hi Kishore,

No, I haven't changed my address after applying 140. I got my 2nd FP (Biometrics code 2) last month (June 20).

Hi,

I too am waiting for I-140. On 11/03/2004 there are just 3 people whose cases are not touched and I am one among them.

Have changed my residence after applying for 140/485. And have not yet received Biometrics notice. Have filled the the address change form and called them on the phone as well. And the last update date changed on 485 after that.
I am wondering if due to address change I have not got the finger print notice?
Colts-fan and Kishore143, did your lawyer get the finger printing notice or just you guys?
