Any updated? Looks like one more RFE was sent on June 15th. dont know when they will touch our cases ....

colts fan the one updated yesterday was not rfe.it is just some kind of address change or enquiry.I think you and me left in NOVEMBER in this forum.

Hmm cannot do anything about it rather than waiting.
only 140 cases untouched in Nov for a total of 860.That is showing how unlucky iam

Looks like there is one more approval yesterday for ND nov 17th. Its so frustrating.. when will they ever touch our cases

I saw that Colts.Cant do anythong about our case other than waiting.I thought that approval may be yours When i first saw your posting here today.

I just want to forget about 140 even for one day but i was addicted to this site like anything.I thnik i am the only one who check this site max number of times per day(probably every 15mins)OHHHHHHHH GOD

Well.. the only good thing is they are still touching cases on that day. We are very unlucky but hopefully our day will come soon ..

My attorney responded the RFE on 6/21/5, received by INS on 6/23/5, I received 13 emails today with same message saying "we received your your response to our RFE"

And.. today again I received 10 mails saying that my 140 is APPROVED..

RFE response sent on 06/15/05
LUD on 140 06/16/05 , 06/17/05 , 06/20/05.

Still waiting for approval.

I too have applied for I-140/I-485 on 3rd Nov, 2004, and have got no LUD, or any response so far

Would like to know what is your RFE about? Also the EB category, Labor priority date.

Just wondering what is happening. My info is in the signature.
