As per AVM my daughter\'s and my GC has been approved on 11/05/01.

Kindly note this was an age out case. Please update the tracker info.

FP scheduled 11/23 completed on 10/28 or so.

As per the automated messagem my/my spouse EAD was approved on 11/05. I have also received the AP notices. Please update.

EAD approved on 11/3 per AVM, RD 07/09.

AGE OUT

If one of the secondary beneficary( in my case my daughter) is going to soon attain an age( 21 years in my case) so that the person can no longer derive the benefit then it is called an Age Out Case. In this case INS may try and process the case at a faster pace so that the decision is taken before that date (in my case 02/15/02).
