If CSC is not late for JIT it should be in 7 days (May 5th). I am pretty sure that the processing dates posted will be beyond 11/22/04.

BTW is it 30 days from RD or ND?

The first GC which I started in April 2001, went into issues first due to 911 ans then due to employer cases with labor department and then I had issues with them.

I guessed, it was not going to work out so it was a GoneCase.

Now the one, which I applied using sub labor about 7 months back, has got 140 approved and 485 pending. I guess I should change my name now.

I am not sure if there is any way to change the user name e.g. call gonecase as gotcase etc.

Just got 4(?) emails that my I-140 has been approved. Still waiting on I-1485 approval.
CSC EB2 ( I-140/I-1485 - October 22 )
 
I am not sure how to figure that out :). My wac number is WAC05016xxx...that translates to the 22nd of october ( 16th USCIS working day).
Does that translate to a ND or RD of october 22nd ?

My details are as follows

EB3 Labor applied APR 2002 Approved Oct 2004
I140/I485/EAD RD 11/1/2004 ND 11/4/2004.
FP done 12/21/2004.
EAD approved : 1/5/2005
I485 LUD on 12/24/2004 (FP received).

After this there is no change in any of the status of I140 or 485.

I called my lawyer today and she told me that it will take around a year to get the 140 approved because the job requirement is BS + 0 years of experience (God knows why she put 0 years while I had 10 years at that time). Is this really true that it will take a year. I believe if it is EB3 and skilled worker category they are processing around Nov 10 2004.

Any idea which one is true.

I got the final approval email of I-485 on 4/25.

2nd csc_pawn, I have some statistic on WAC-05-033-5XXXX I140 (ND Nov 18th) as today.

approved : 3
RFE : 3
touched (LUDed): 9
untouched: 12

I see some LUDs in past 3 days but only two lucky guys got approval.

Mine is BS+0 as well. I don't think there's any differentiation within the
EB3 category. My lawyer didn't mention it to me.

WAC-05-014-5XXXX: 55%
WAC-05-033-5XXXX: 22%

Thanks never_say_never. Thats what I also think and it makes sense also. Let us wait and see. I see many of them atleast get an LUD, but my case is sleeping is in someone's cupboard. Never know who is going to find it.
 
Approval of 485

Hi Guys,
I just got approvals for 485 for myself and spouse. But there is no change to the 140 message after the LUD on 12/24/2004. This is the following msg on 485.

"On April 28, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a
new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

Will I be getting a letter for stamping in my passport?? I am kinda nervous coz of no change on 140.How long will it take to get the letter?

hi guys my i140 got approved today @ 5:00 pm but RFE on my I485, on the email it says that requesting additional information on this case. i'm a little bit nervous on what evidence they are requesting. i want to see the notice already, anybody knows what are they requesting on this stage. here are my details: EB3 csc
I140 ND 11/29/04, LUD 11/30/04, AD 04/27/05
I485 ND 11/29/04, LUD 4/4/05, 4/26/05 RFE
I485 husband ND 11/29/04 LUD 4/8/05

hi guys i would like to know how many days it will take to received the notice from ins, so that i will know what more evidence they are requesting. i cannot do anything rith now because of the RFE on my I485.

Congratulations on your 485 approvals. Check with your attorney. They might have gotten or will be getting the 140 approval.
