My case looks similar as yours.
My attorney sent 140,485,765,131 on 10-06(eb2,premium,concurrent) and he gave me only 140 receipt number not 485,765,131. My 140 was approved 10-19.
I asked him of other receipt numbers and he said "Wait". Did you get all receipt numbers already? Even your family members' numbers? Please tell me something helpful. Thanks in advance.

Quick approval, (see my signature)the customer service rep at TSC told me when I called this morning. Awaiting the 5 emails.

But on the I-485 things are a bit muddy. TSC told me the fingerprint is stuck at FBI, FBI told me today they returned on the same day..Aug 22, 2006! TSA rep suggested we fax the TSC Director to request updating records. My boss did that. Lets see what happens.

My lawyer emailed me all four case numbers(140/485/131/765) on 10/15. I am single so that all the cases I have.

Also, my 765 is approved yesterday. I got the finger print notice today. It is scheduled for 10/26 this month. The finger print notice date is 10/12/2006.

Good luck with your application. I might not visit this thread that now that the 140 is approved. I will be tracking the Texas 485 thread instead.

I would like to thank everyone on this board. It definitly makes the waiting more bearable.

Can you telll me which number you called forFBI to know about FBI name check?

I am also rethinking to go for PP if name check is already cleared
 
FBI fingerprint check

I got the finger print check number (there is no number for name check) from this forum: 304-625-5590 x3 . Have your A number and SRC 485- receipt number ready.

when did you do the pp? and who paid for it? you or your employer? is there a guarantee that the I-485 will be approved soon now that the I-140 has been approved?
 
Approved today! Finally!!!

Got the emails this morning! I had been sweating this out since I got the Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) back in September, but thank God everything worked out and my prayers were answered!!!!

I file PP 140 at TSC on 10/24, tomorrow is the 15th day, I am still waiting for an answer. How come? I thought it will tell me something within 15 days?
Does anyone have this problem?? :eek:

Hi

I am new to this I-140 forum. My labor got cleared from PBEC yesterday and I am planning to file I-140 soon.

I see people talk about LUD here. Can someone please explain what is LUD. Also I see that some people have applied I-485 even though there Labor Priority Date is after the current priority date. Can someone explain how is that possible. My Labor filing date is April 15, 2004 in EB3 and currently EB3 date for India in April 2001.

Is it possible to file I-485 before your priority date becomes current?

Please answer.

why u don't pay 1000 $ fro premium processing and get ur I140 cleared in 15 days max?

My case is also similar to yours

My only I-140(regular) filed by an employer in last week of August 2006.After five updates in september , no decision has been mailed yet.
Did they wait for their processing time frame(website) to release the decision? may i need to upgrade to premium processing??
(My case EB-3 ,schedule A physiotherapist,non-retrogressed country,uscis receive no: LIN06.......)
