I got email saying I485 for myself approved on May 24.
Have already updated the spread sheet.

Haven't heard any approvals lately... Wake up guys...

We all know that the whole game for 485 approvals for EB3 category is on PD. I would suggest to divide the .xls file into EB2 and EB3 sections and sort it by PD. What say ???

Feels good to see so much joy here. I am waiting for my turn to be a part of this forum. I cannot go back to the Labor Certifications forum. My company has not applied for my I140 yet. Labor was approved long time back . Is there anybody from Allied Informatics based in Atlanta. I would like to initiate contact with anyone working for them and to gain advise from their experience. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. My Labor was approved in January just after the recession :( . Ever since I have been waiting to go to the next stage. :mad:
I am already at the end of the 7th year H1 with the company.This is driving me crazy

Approval Time

One of my friend filing I 140 (Non concurrent)from texas center with prority date Nov 1999....can anyone guess what will be the approximate time for approval.
EB3,substitue labor
 
Some of the recently filed cases are being approved in TSC with an average time of below 2 months, if you are lucky it might get approved in less then 60 days.

Finally 4 1/2 years waiting is ended without any issues. I have recived magic emails on Friday night at 9:30pm. I -485's for my self, my wife and my son are approved on 6/3/2005.

My family is in India and they are returning in end of August. While taking Infopass appointment for them is there any way that I can take the appointment in August (Two months later) ? Or do I need to submit any thing for late appointment?

Looks like LUD change yesterday was for good for me... my 485 cases were approved yesterday night. Received those long awaited magic emails :) :)

Updated my info in latest found spreadsheet..

Do I need to bring my I-485 receipt when I do the FP?
Anything else besides passport, drivers license, FP notice?

Recieved our FP appointment in the mail today (atlanta). Does anybody know what the timings of the FP office in atlanta are?. I plan to do early FP. No change in LUD.

RD (140/485): 09/13/2004
140 Approved: Feb 21 , 2005
FP Appointent: June 22, 2005
 
I would suggest take all your receipt notice, FP notice, photo id DL etc...

Question

Hello All,

As I posted in the forum earlier, I got my green card but never received I485 approval letter via mail. I got an email that mine and my wife's case was approved. I was expecting approval letter and took appointment for passport stamping. To my surprise, I got actual green cards. I never went for passport stamping. Anyone in the same boat? Even my attorney didn't get approval letter? Do I have to worry about I485 approval letter?

3=1+2

Code 1 is for fingerprinting:. All 10 fingers.
Code 2 is for biometric: Right hand index finger, signature and digital photo.
Code 3 is a combination fingerprinting/biometrics
