Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

I had asked question before. Most of us are through with I140 approved. How are we tracking the next stage? Is there a different forum? What is the current month I485 is being process by TSC?

mine is EB2. My I140 was approved on 2/9/05. I still havent got FP notice. I dont think that would be so soon. But I would like to know the projected time frame when I would be getting based on other people feedback who got FP notice. See my signature for my other details.

My case is very similar to yoginm73's......I140 approved on 2/16/05 but no FP. But I researched this forum and have seen some people get FPs within 10 to 30 days of 140 approval....and then 485 approved a couple of months later.......so lets keep our fingers crossed.....

No FP notice yet

Does anyone know what status will be updated when you get the FP notice, does the lawyer get something in mail or do you get it.

FP tracker...

Lets start a FP text tracker.
From the 485 RD, it seems the following would be the order. Does PD date also affects the ordeR?

Category (EB2)

aj2004 (RD 11/24/04)

Hi,
I agree with the suggestions. A separate thread would be good.
But it would be better if we also included the state/city from where the applicant is. That would show us a pattern. I see that members from Charlotte are getting FP notices quickly. no one from Atlanta seems to have go any fp notices for applications with 140/485 nd > August 2004.

State/City = GA/Atlanta for me.

I suggest we use the same thread as most of the users are in the same boat.....meaning their 140s are approved and they are waiting for FP/485.
Plus everyone has it bookmarked and are familiar with the thread......this will also give the new comers a better understanding of the entire proces after LC.
