Yes. Mine was approved on Feb 16th 2005 (EB3 - concurrently filied in Octobor 2004) and my PD is March 2003.

concurrent adjudication is history now

I think concurrent adjudication policy has been dropped long time ago. There was a memo from BCIS to address this. 140 adjudication is not tie to 485
 
Help: Missing 7th year H1b extension Receipt / TX

Gurus,

Can I apply for I-140 wituout my current 7th year extension approval / Receipts. My employer submited to TX on June'8, But we are missing Receipts, Last week my labor got approved, what should I do now??

You don't need H1B extension paper to file for I140.

The question is do you have any paperwork right now stating you here legally currently (since H1B approval has the I94 and validity of stay)?
 
FP notice for 485 filed in 2005?

Hello, I filed my 485 in January but haven't got finger print notice yet. Anybody who filed 485 around that time? Can you please share your status? My category is EB2.

I am new to this forum and want to know how long does it take to get through all the phases after I-140 and I-485.

My case is EB2 concurrent filing.

Did anyone file in May or June. How much time is it to get I-140 and EAD approved.

PD is May 2002. Does TSC process by PD or is it FIFO?
 
I485 approved..

My Journey is finally over..But I have learned a lot through this process.

approval data base and time lines

That is a nice data base to know timeline. Good work by all of you.

Is there any data base with case numbers (ofcourse without identifiers like name or date of birth) and approval time lines month by month basis.

In the past I have seen on thread showing cases approved by BCIS in the that one month and if you click on the case numbers then it will show to EB category and filing and approval date. I could not find that thread any more.

Does any one knows that?

I 140 Lud!

RD 07/05/2005 …LUD 08/09/2005 and 08/10/2005 …No message changed or email. Anyone has the same experience …can I guess an approval soon /or RFE ?
Experts please give your opinions….THANKS :confused:
