What's going on?

FYI, current processing date is 2/13/07.

Why later filed gets approved and not older ones such as mine. I filed in January 2007 (RD 1/29/07) and they are approving March 2007. I don't understand. Confused.

My case status changed to "Approval Notice Sent". My I40 was filed under regular processing as EB2

Approved Date: 08/31/2007

Based on online status, my I-140 is approved. It's been almost 8 months at TSC. LUD was on 08/05/07. No RFE.

My online status shows we mailed you a decision on xx date. What does it mean. It doesn't say anything about approved or anything.

Can someone please throw some light. I am tensed..

I am not sure what that is as my online status just says we approved this petition and approval notice sent. It can be RFE in your case. But I heard people got the similar message like yours and it turned out to be an approval notice.
 
All TSC folks ....pls start tracking your cases @ the VSC....slow pathetic and SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!
This is official from an IO from this am.
 
TSC guys, could you pelase track your cases# and see anything changed, means, if your case transfered to VSC it suppose to say 'This case is transfered to our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location' (instead of 'This case is at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location')
 
my online status changed to approved yesterday, LUD's on 8/12, 10/2 and 10/3 at TSC. thanks to all the forum members here, now there is nothing left to do but wait it out for the october visa bulletin (of 2010).. Priority date is Nov/2004 in EB3.

Hi,

800,000 applications were received in July and August 2007. If you think that a minimum of 200,000 (one fourth) were Indians, then it will take 20 years (10,000 GCs for Indian per year) to get GC.
