So Guys...Any recent EAD/AP Approvals!??

My AP is approved on January 3rd and the document has been mailed today (4th).


NSC, RD : 10/12, AD: 01/03
EAD, RD : 10/11, AD: 12/22
 
My case is also approved

My AP got approved and mailed today at NSC.

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On January 4, 2007, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

can it be true?

Hi guys, yesterday (jan/03/07)I was told by an immigration officer over the phone that my I-765 was approved last week! and I should receive the actual card by next week!!
here is the thig that drives me crazy: my status still shows " RFE received and we will notify you within 60 days" only LUD jan/04 no e-mails after that.

I-765 E-filed july/05/06 MSC
FP july/28/06
RFE dec/11/06 rcvd dec/26/06
Any one with similar sitiuation( got to know that he was approved over the phone with no updates) please advise.

Did you Try checking the status over the phone (1-800-375-2833) 1-2-2-6-1?

At times, the online status is weird and even for my AP, the direct message was card has been manufactured whereas for my EAD and previous AP's, it was different.

over the phone is the same as online(no changes)!!!!!!!!!
 
See if the LUD changes tomorrow too, for my AP, LUD changed continously for 2 days (2nd and 3rd) and the message got updated today (4th) that the card has been manufactured.

They approved mine in 12 days

My EAD and AP receipt notices are dated December 18th and they approved my EAD on Dec 29th and my wife's on Jan 4th. They also approved both of our APs on Dec 31st. All these applications were filed with the CSC.

I spoke to my lawyer about this and she said that she has seen quite a few other "quick" approvals lately. I don't know if there were LUDs prior to approval because the time frame was so short.

So if you are waiting for your EAD/AP keep hope !

Hey guys, finally I received the 3 magic e-mails today"Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.
My Best wishes for you all, don't just wait on your case, do something about it. I filed in july,5,2006 and rcvd RFE in dec,12,2006 !!and if it wasn't for all the letters and phone calls that I made, it would take another 60 days.
finally, thanks for the help and support from all of you, I will start work on my I-485 :(

AP documents received.

our AP applications were approved on Dec 17th,

AP documents were prepared on Dec29th,

-Recevied them on Jan 6 .

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On January 8, 2007, we ordered production of your new card.

Where to File EAD Renewal?

Hello Everyone:

Please see my case details below in my signature. Although, I have some time left on my current EAD, I would appreciate if someone to clarify the following for me:

My emplyer based I 485 had filed with VSC in August 2005 and has been pending since August 2005. In December 2006, my case was transferred to TSC. Where do I apply for renewal of my EAD?

Also, my wife's case got transferred to Newark for Interview. Which complicates the matter even more. I am essentially stuck in name check, although my wife's name check is cleared and she was called for the second FP. after, which they transferred the case to Newark in Jan 2007 for an interview.

So, where do I file my EAD/ AP renewal and where does my wife file for EAD renewal?

Do EAD renewals dependant on which service center I 485 is pending or does it go to the national service center in Missouri?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

hey guys,
i applied for the I-765 through I-485 back in april 2006 ..got 2 RFE already..the last one they said that they received evidence on no 28th 2006..and that it will take 60 days......i am becoming desperate now ...i don`t know what to do now ..help please

don't worry about the 60 days rule, I was in the same boat and finally I got my approval,
looking forward to hear from you.
