So Guys...Any recent EAD/AP Approvals!??

EAD renewal approved [VSC]

Just posting recent EAD renewal approval -VSC
3rd EAD renewal
VSC receipt date october 17th, 2006
Last update changed on oct 24th
Approved on Nov 1st.
It took only 2 weeks to approve renewal. Ofcourse haven't received the card yet.
The processing date of I-765(EAD) , VSC on USCIS web site scared the hell out of me. Glad it was approved in 2 weeks.

I have filed my EAD renewal on 09/30/06 and the receipt notice has a date of 10/04/06. Hope the renewal will come soon. By the way what is 'PPL calculation'.

Approval from VSC

Me and my spouse got EAD approval finally on November 1st 2006. The notice date was August 29th 2006. Paper based application was filed in VSC.

Hope all of you get your approvals on time.
 
I filed for my EAD on July/25/2006. Still pending. Filed in VSC. Paper filing.
My current EAD already expired on Nov/1. IN AOL. Not sure what is going on in VSC.

NSC Notice date is 09/21/2006.

EAD, AP Approval from NSC

I recd the approval of my 5th EAD and AP filed online.

EAD and AP e-filed: 9/6/2006
Biometric for EAD: 9/23/06
EAD Approved: 10/18/06
AP Approved: 11/1/06

I did NOT self-schedule my EAD biometric. I waited for USCIS appt and I recd it in the mail a week after I e-filed.

Bnks , Did you send the supporting documents to the USCIS? Did you get hard time geting your Biometrics done at the ACS?

Yes, I did.... just the copies of my I-485 Receipt, I-140 Approval, Passport copies, Drivers License copy and the old EAD and AP copies. Of course, had to send 2 PP picture for AP.

Did you get hard time geting your Biometrics done at the ACS?

Not at all... it took us 10 mins there once we showed our appt notice from USCIS

Ead & Ap

Can we just File EAD alone online and file AP online later on or we have to file them concurrently only?
 
Hey Guys..I got 10 emails from CIS & USCIS-CSSO..EAD Approved!!

Guys Our Prediction is correct abt NSC..they r taking arround 45-50 days for EAD Approvals.I got last night this emails still I am waiting for AP..Lets see i may get email for AP also in Couple of days. Good luck for all the guys who r waiting!??

What is Avg processing time for EAD (F1 student) approval in VSC ?

is processing time same as other kind of EAD (EB basesd,) ? or is it different ?
