do you mean you filed EAD around 10/05/06 and it got approved on 10/25/06??

if so, this is something i am seeing from TSC after a long time......for last 3-4 weeks they were not touching any cases after Sep 25
 
LUD on AP case after biometrics

Just an update:

My wife and I went for biometrics today.

I do see LUDs as of today on I-131 with no change in message for both of us. I am assuming that someone took our I-131 applications on hand.

I don't see any LUDs on any other petitions (I-140/485/765).
 
EAD delays in Nebraska

Any new/renewal EADapprovals from Nebraska? I have applied a month back and waiting for renewal. :confused:
 
I filed my EAD renewal at NSC on 9/22/2006. LUD 9/27/2006.
My current EAD expires on 12/22/2006. I hope I get my EAD approval before that or I'll have to sit at home.
 
hi sra123, Did you do a paper based renewal? I applied on 10/17/06. Wondering how long it takes to receive approval? My EAd expires on 01/05/07.

March 2006 485 denied (FP notice went to scrap address)
765 and 131 denied and send all paper back to us except checks that they cashed along with 485 denial letter dated March 8th, 2006 posted on July 21st, 2006
MTR Filed Sept 5th, 2006.
Motion repoen on Sept 5th. FP done on 9/19/06
File 765 Again on Sept 11, 2006.
EAD Approved Today for both.

485 LUDs
9/05/06, 9/19/06, 9/20/06, 9/27/06, 9/28/06 and 10/18.

Total money wasted $3500 (denied 765s 131s and MTRs) + 4 month salary for family.

Because of USCIS's mistake last 4 months we are not woring. Lost jobs also for both of us.
 
Yes, I did paper-based filing. Reg. your question on when can it be approved, I think none of us know that answer. But based on Julie76's approval it appears they seem to be working on cases filed around 9/11/2006. I think yours will be approved before your current EAD expires.

My current EAD expires on 01/04/2007. I AM STILL WIATING FOR APPROVAL..SO CAN I EXPECT NEXT WEEK GUYS!?

I applied on 9/19/2006.. bute expires on 12/06/2006.. did a blunder not applying before 90days... I am pretty sure I am screwed up.. but not given my hopes yet..

according to the PPl Calculations(45Days) u might have got it by now!!!!!??

I am wondering why its not at approved!??R u from NSC..rt?!?
