True. But one thing we should consider is that those cases maybe for EB3 or for EB-1/NIW categories, which as per the processing times are alreay 16th September.
The latest processing cases by gc_crack does not say whether they are EB1/EB2/EB3. So, my assumption would be cases starting with WAC number WAC052405xxxx(1st half of Sep) maybe for EB2 and cases starting with WAC052545xxxx(2nd half of Sep) maybe those of NIW categories.

Disclaimer: I am a software engineer and I think logically :). I maybe totally wrong :-(

Question about I-140 Update

Hi gc_crack,

My I-140 case no is starting with WAC052515xxxx. RD date is 9/20/2005 and ND is 9/22/2005. I have not seen any LUD on my case as yet. However, as per your tracker there were two cases starting with WAC052515xxxx approved recently. How can I find out if one of them belonged to me. Can you find out what is the last four digits?

Sept I-140 case update

Hi All,

I have seen my case got updated again today. There are two LUD's, yesterday and today (2/24/06 and 2/25/06). But I have not seen any status change. What could this mean? I have a substitue labor with LC PD of Aug 1995.

I-140 : RD 09/20/05, ND:9/22/05, LUD 2/24/06 and 2/25/06 (Status not changed)
I-485 " RD 09/20/05 ND:9/22/2005, LUD : No change

Hi Ray S,

Thanks for the response! Its greatly appreciated. I don't think our company has any ability to pay issue. I am full time regular employee with a big company in the Bay Area, which is doing a fabulous job, and is very soon going to be in the history books, for one of the world's greatest achievements or should I say a miracle ( I cannot reveal more information.....)

I worry b'cause my labor is so old (1995), and that should not be a reason for an RFE? My case is also being managed by a VERY renowned Immigration Consultancy firm, and they did a thorough job before submitting my case!

I am just a little anxious. One of my colleague, from this same company also had a substitute labor (EB2 AD 2002), and his I-140 got approved last month.

I will hope for the best! Good luck to you too and all our friends in this fabulous website :)

Any information about the cases submitted in Sep, but has Oct Notice Date?

I wanted to know if you are only posting information about the cases which has the notice date of Sep, versus all the cases submitted in Sep as my case was submitted on the 26h Sep, but has a notice date of Oct 1st and so the case number begins with WAC-06-001-5XXXX.

Since I am a new member, I will post my details.

Congratulation fatbaba, good luck on your 485. One reason for so many rfe could be labour substitution in the last minute.
