The result is that the average time between FP2 and AP is 65.56 days (2.19 months). The minumum and maximum times are 30 days and 96 days (3.2 months), respectively.

This gives me some hope that my approval will come through soon!

i hope your theory works in my case, i had my 2nd Fp april 27, 2004 and TODAY i just received an RFE according to the email, whatever it is, it is definitely a sign that my case is being adjudicated, so while waiting for the letter, i am preparing for the possibilities like pay slips, w2, medical clearance, employment certificate so forth and so on
any idea how long it takes for the approval after you submitted the requirement, any idea gurus

i got an email recently stating an RFE has been posted.
i have used AC21 about a year ago from contracting (consulting company) to fulltime for the same job at the client. that was after 4 years.
