Shows stupidity of the process and making up rules as you go along. Somebody who started in May/June 2002 with I140 is same as somebody who started in Sep 2002 because INS moved over to concurrent filing ??

However, processing delay has become the great equalizer ie if processing time is 2+ years then a few months don't matter.

FP is valid for 15 months. If at all they need second FP it is only after Feb 28 2004

I dont believe in the Jan 1st thing of course.
But frankly, when can we expect approvals ?

As for me,
Priority Date : July, 1999
I-140 Approval Date ( after 13 months ) : August, 2003
Joint Filing .

I-485 Notice Date : Mid Sept, 2002
FP done in Nov 2002
EAD received twice
FP done once.

When can such a case pragmatically get approved ? How much
further of a wait ( as if this is not long enough ??? ) ???
